at which time the bids will be privately opened and logged at the Office of Procurement.
RFP specifications can be requested in person at the Office of Procurement during normal business hours or through the City’s website,
www.springfieldcityhall.com, for no charge beginning on 2/18/20.
The City of Springfield, acting through Springfield Emergency Communications, is seeking proposals from firms who are interested and qualified to perform the design,
implementation and support of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (“COTS”) integrated public safety software system. This system will include a Computer Aided Dispatch (“CAD”) application, Mobile Data (“Mobile”) application, Law Enforcement Records Management and Reporting System (“RMS”) and identified interfaces (hereinafter referred to as “System”). Initial contract will be up to Five (5) years in length.
All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than March 27, 2020, 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered (
ttheocles@springfieldcityhall.com). Answers to questions will be made through numbered addenda issued by the City.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so
