This project is located in Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Township 1 North, Range 5 East; more specifically, McKellips Road from SR101L to Alma School Road lying entirely within the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) and located within Maricopa County, Arizona.. The work consists of the construction of new water and sanitary sewer lines, and the backbone for a new storm drain system in preparation for the construction of Phase No. 2. All construction work on this contract is to be completed within 360 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Exclusive of and following the contract time allowed for construction work are 120 CALENDAR DAYS for internal administrative purposes thereby resulting in a total contract performance period of 480 CALENDAR DAYS. No pre-bid conference has been scheduled under this procurement.
