Accounting Services/ Year End Close & Audit Preparation

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Year-End Close and Audit Prep Accounting Services for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2021 B. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The City of Santa Fe’s Finance Department requires accounting services to support the Accounting Division’s staff for the Fiscal Year End close and Audit Preparation for the Fiscal Year End and preparation of the Annual Financial Statement Audit. C. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The Contractor (s) shall assist the City of Santa Fe’s Finance Department, Accounting Division with accounting services for its Fiscal Year End close and Audit Preparation for the Annual Financial Statement Audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), State of New Mexico Audit Rule 12-6-12, State of New Mexico Model of Accounting Principles (MAPs), State Procurement Code and the City of Santa Fe policies and procedures. The resulting contract may be a multiple award. This procurement will result in a contractual agreements between two parties; the procurement may ONLY be used by those two parties exclusively.
