href="mailto:jmcconville@MurrietaCa.gov">jmcconville@MurrietaCa.gov Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Murrieta is looking to engage a photographer to provide professional photography services for the City of Murrieta as needed. The main purpose of this request is for staff and City official headshots. The selected Proposer (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) will be responsible for providing the following services to the City at minimum: • Delivery of professional, high-quality headshot photos for use in both digital and print form. Images may include all level of City staff and Council, Commission, or Committee members, among others. • Fulfill desired goals of City staff for social media, event, website, and other video projects, including sharing suggestions to create the highest level of video production to meet the expressed goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Planning and setup (which may include arrangement of location and subjects, lighting, etc.) for scheduled photo shoots will be the responsibility of the Consultant. Indoor (studio) and outdoor shooting locations preferred. • Post-photo shoot processing, which may include raw file conversion, and the ability to perform limited color correction and editing prior to delivery final product. • Deliver all photos to the requesting City entity with a within the timeframe defined in an agreed upon timeline. Deliverables must be available in requested sizes or multiple image sizes if needed and may be transferred via online file transfer. • Provide rushed turnaround time on occasion. • Equipment requirements: The Vendor must provide their own camera, lenses, memory cards, lighting, tripods, and other related imaging equipment. The equipment must be of current production quality and produce professional products. The Vendor must also have access to additional production needs as required by the specific project to provide the services requested by the City.
