The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for the design and engineering services during construction (ESDC) for a Design-Assist project. The project is for rehabilitation of the existing primary/headworks biofilter and odor collection system at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (hereinafter “DCWWTP”).
