The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-07665 (Parcel D), consisting of approximately 312,200 square feet, at McGrath Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry. Annual rent: $13,431.78. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Fire retardant bomber loading area, aircraft fuel storage, aircraft refueling, aircraft parking and other operations in support of lessee’s firefighting mission.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
