Campus NIST LocationThis is a Sources Sought ONLY, not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future.The purpose of this synopsis is to identify organizations with the requisite qualifications to provide the services stated herein. Based on the capability statements received in response to this Sources Sought Announcement this acquisition may be solicited as a 100% small business set aside.NIST is seeking a Roofing Contractor.  Our general roofing requirements are:Total roofing replacement of an existing roofing system, with new built-up roofs (cold applied 3 ply), of at least 36,000 SF minimum, including replacing insulation, flashing, coping and/or edge metal, scuppers, and roof drains.Interested PartiesInterested, capable roofing contractors shall submit a capability statement in response to this Sources Sought Notice, including, at a minimum, the following: Offeror's name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and email addresses.Business information to include Unique Entity ID, type/size of company, NAICS code, and Social Economic status (SB SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB or SDVOSB) as validated via the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.C.  Experience to include the following:Experience with replacing roofs with (cold applied) built up roofs in an occupied buildingList average minimum (built up) roofing SF for a typical reroofing project over the past 60 monthsList the approximate number of built-up re-roofing contracts/order over the past 60 monthsIdentify the number of reroofing contract/orders were in occupied buildings in the past 60 months.  If more than 10, identify it is over 10.List the type of facility reroofed (i.e – office building, factory, school, office building)D. List Bonding capacity – single and aggregateE.
