Description: The City of Dania Beach, Florida, and the Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency will be accepting sealed Proposals for “OUTSIDE LEGAL COUNSEL IN VARIOUS PRACTICE AREAS, RFQ NO. 22-031”.The City Attorney desires to establish a list of highly qualified outside legal counsel eligible to provide legal assistance to the City, when and if determined by the City Attorney, in certain specialized areas of the law or in the event of conflict counsel is required (the “Eligibility List”).
