ADVERTISEMENT SR-95/SAFEWAY RIGHT TURN LANE PROJECT 24-PW-024 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is issuing a Notice of Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “RFQ”) and conducting a competitive process to retain a firm to provide the City with professional design services for the SR-95/Safeway Right Turn Lane project in Bullhead City, Arizona. All submittals (one (1) original and four (4) copies) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “SR-95/SAFEWAY RIGHT TURN LANE PROJECT 24-PW-024” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 3:00 PM, Arizona time on April 1, 2024. Questions regarding the substance of this RFQ must be in writing by email and received by Angie Johnson, Public Works Director, at ajohnson@bullheadcityaz.gov , no later than March 25, 2024, at 4:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the RFQ.
