This facility will serve as a vehicle repair shop for the City of Broken Arrow. The project consists of a base bid for the entire perimeter structural system and mep finish out of the oil/tank storage and vehicle repair shop spaces, with an alternate to complete the interior office, break, toilet, and locker area.
