Owner's Agent Marc Lee Description Scope of Services A detailed scope of work will be developed after selection of the most qualified firm(s). The firm(s) selected on the basis of this SOQ process will meet with City of Sacramento staff to identify the specific tasks and schedule to be included in the scope of services and cost estimate for areas listed in the RFQ document. Other Details The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities (DOU) is requesting the submittal of statements of qualifications (SOQs) for professional services for FY2024/25-FY2025/26 source water protection consultation services. This project also includes anticipated participation by Carmichael Water District (CWD), City of West Sacramento, East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), Sacramento County Water Agency (SCWA), and the Woodland-Davis Clean Water Agency (WDCWA). Assignments can include tracking special topics, data/information collection and evaluation, preparing technical memorandum, assisting in networking with and gathering information from other stakeholders in the watershed; preparing comments to regulatory agencies; and providing national, state, and local networking support and technical advice on specialized topics like agricultural pesticide regulation.
