Solicitation Description: The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) wishes to procure transportation of children and youths who have or may have COVID-19. Transportation may involve either ambulatory or non-ambulatory vehicles. Taxi services and ride-share services are not allowed under this IFB. Vehicle types may not include stretch limousines or similar vehicles and are subject to DFPS approval.
