The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contracts is to contract with firms to provide a variety of marketing, public relations, strategic communications, and graphic design services in support of the CarrollCounty Government's various marketing initiatives. The County is looking for firms with capabilities toprovide marketing consultation, graphic design (print and electronic), electronic media design (internet), videography, exhibit design, display fabrication, and digital photography.
