The Artwork shall consist of a mixed-media (i.e., tile, paint, landscaping, et cetera) mural artwork to be permanently located at the Orangewood Park Skatepark (1535 W. Merced Avenue, West Covina CA 91740). The City intends to select one or more artists to design and fabricate the Art Work series, and assist in fabricating murals (drawings designed by K-12 student contest winners from the local schools) to be installed on each block wall segment located along the southeast side of the park.
