Front Street Clean Up

NOTICE TO REFUSE CONTRACTORS The City of Olean is soliciting proposals for the cleanup of hazardous construction waste and street sweeper debris at its Front Street Lot. This will include the deliver and removal of a 20-yard roll-off as well as disposal of construction and street sweeper waste collected within. Proposals will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Works, Municipal Building, Room 206, PO Box 668, Olean, NY, 14760, until 5:00 PM, Friday, March 29, 2024 Information and specifications may be obtained from the Department of Public Works Office, 101 E State Street, Olean, NY or by calling (716) 376-5650 or emailing alarue@cityofolean.org. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form. Each proposal submitted shall be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside thereof: Front Street Lot Clean up Only bidders on our bidders list will be considered. The City of Olean reserves the right to

reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities, or re-advertise if the best interest of the City of Olean will be served thereby. Contractor must provide the City with proof of liability and auto insurance and workers compensation. All other necessary permits will be the responsibility of the contractor. Disposal shall be at an approved landfill.
