The summary of work consists of an interior renovation of an existing library community room to provide for a Library makerspace and media room. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: • Demolition of interior finishes and fixtures including interior doors, millwork, non-load bearing masonry partitions, ceiling and floor finishes complete while the remainder of the facility is occupied. • Demolition of existing mechanical and electrical services to suit the new floor layout. •

Installation of new non-load bearing steel stud framed gypsum board finished interior partitions, doors, glazed aluminium framed screens, glazed hollow metal doors, glazed screens and interior window. • Installation of new finishes (floor, wall, ceiling) and built-in millwork • New electrical work including new electrical supply, devices, and light fixtures. • New mechanical work including linear supply air diffusers, return air grilles, new wall mounted heating unit and direct rooftop exhaust. • Minor relocation of sprinklers to suit new layout.
