Scope of Work: Winn Park Building was originally constructed for fire and emergency response in the City of
Sacramento. The building is currently vacant and not occupied. This project would be to remodel the existing
space to a cold shell and remove existing equipment as well as abate for environmental hazards, as indicated
in the work plan. Demolition work includes: removing all equipment and furnishings and removal of flaking or
damaged paint. Abatement works includes: lead paint removal or encapsulation, and removal of materials
containing asbestos. Following construction, the building should be cleaned of any dirt, debris, or pests. The
tenant improvement will be a future project and will not be part of this scope.
