Storm Drainage Study

The Town of Stratford is interested in engaging a Civil Engineer to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and develop alternatives to effectively resolve longstanding road and property flooding due to excessive rainfall. The “south end” of Stratford (“Town”) is situated between Lordship Boulevard (Route 113) and Stratford Avenue (Route 130) and is a low lying, flat part of the town adjacent to the shoreline area. The topography and low elevation in relation to the tide means that it is difficult for the rainfall runoff to drain.
