individuals are no longer required to wear a mask indoors or outdoors; however, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are still required to continue mask wear, covering the mouth and nose.  All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times.NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort.
