Supplemental Food & Catering Services

Any vendor previously awarded under RFP #22-001 , RFP #22-006, or RFP #23-006, DOES NOT need to respond to this RFP since they are already awarded with LPISD. The La Porte Independent School District (LPISD) is accepting proposals for Supplemental Food and Catering Services , in accordance with the terms, conditions and specification established within this Request for Proposals (RFP). Please read all terms, conditions, and specification before completing this proposal. Online submission of responses is recommended and preferred; however, if submitting a hard copy version, sealed proposals must be addressed to the LPISD Purchasing Department at 1002 San Jacinto Street, La Porte, TX 77571, and must be received by the Close Date / Time. Unsigned proposal and/or proposals received via an alternative delivery method (email, fax, etc.) will not be considered. Any proposal received after the Close Date and Time will not be considered. Vendor shall be solely responsible for ensuring timely submission of proposal. The District highly recommends that vendors submit their bid response at least 4 to 24 hours prior to the bid submission deadline in order to have time to address any errors they may encounter during the bid submission process. La Porte ISD reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any or all proposals as it deems to be in its best interest.
