Fenelon Falls Library Improvements

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for Fenelon Falls Library Improvements as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labour and material to make roof and HVAC improvements to the Fenelon Falls Public Library. The work is as outlined in the drawings and specifications and includes but is not limited to: removal of existing gravel ballast, new rigid insulation, utility board and single ply membrane, removal and replacement of four (4) existing HVAC rooftop units and associated insulated exposed ductwork.
