Employee Down Payment Assistance Program Consultant

The City of South San Francisco (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced community home mortgage lenders ("Respondent" or "consultant") to design, manage, and operate a Down Payment Assistance Program ("Program") for qualified employees of the City of South San Francisco to purchase a home. The selected Consultant will act as the Lead Partner credit institution, whose role is further described on page 4 of this RFP, in operating the Program.
