Gartner Research Library Subscription

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) & Human Capital Data Management and Modernization (HCDMM) require continued access to a research library to develop policy to increase remote work capacity in response to COVID-19 like shutdowns, improve customer experience in call centers, reduce backlog of retirement applications, and strategically reduce technology debt and drive proactive IT cost optimization and investment management. Based on market research conducted by OCIO and the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), the renewal of a Gartner research library subscription is the only service which can meet OPM’s needs.  Gartner is the sole supplier of the library subscriptions and they do not have any authorized resellers.
