The FSP program is managed by a partnership of the MTC SAFE, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), and the California Highway Patrol (CHP), collectively the FSP Partners. Tow service contracts resulting from this RFQBI shall be ready to operate no later than June 1, 2023 and will continue through June 30, 2028.
