The FAA is conducting this market survey to detirmine interest in the project to replace the heat pumps and air handling units at the San Diego International Airport ATCT. Estimated value is over $100,000.00. Demolish and replace the two existing heat pumps and two existing air handling units with similar, updated units of the same capacity. New units shall utilize R-410a refrigerant. Demolish and replace refrigerant lines, disconnects, obsolete controls, and associated wiring.2. Install disconnects to the new condensing units on the eight floor.3. Replace one cab thermostat and provide one remote temperature sensor on the cab ceiling.4. All other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.5. Remove two louvers and re-install them6. Demolish and replace few motorized dampers and actuator with similar.7. Add new ducts or re-use existing ducts, all ducts (new and existing) bracing andinstallation per SMACNA
