Estimate: $200,000 - $250,000GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: Renovate the Park Store restroom to be ADA compliant, including but not limited to replace the extension to the existing boat dock, replace concrete walks, and provide site drainage improvements in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Contract Documents. PROJECT SCHEDULE: All work shall be completed within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed . This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1.PRE-BID VIDEO CONFERENCE: Video conference will be Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 2:00 pm (CT). Although the pre-bid conference is not mandatory, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend with any project participants and support staff as important information regarding bid submittal requirements and an overview of the Project will be discussed.
