The District anticipates entering into multiple agreements with Proposers that submit the highest scoring responsive and responsible Proposals to this BID. The Proposer shall include in the bid all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, services, incidentals, taxes and materials for a complete and working project in conformance with the Contract Documents. Proposer must submit the Proposer (Pre) Qualification Questionnaire by Monday, April 15, 2024, 2:00 PM PST to the Purchasing Department via email to BIDS@LosRios.edu. Only approved, qualified Proposers will be allowed to participate in the competitive solicitation process to submit a formal bid response. Proposer notification regarding qualification status will be available no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024. Other Details The estimated cost will vary by project.
