Secondary World Language Programs

Stamford Public Schools is soliciting proposals from individuals, consultants, or organizations to provide a secondary world language curriculum for Spanish, Italian and French for use in SPS secondary schools. This program must be designed to: . Provide the highest quality professional development aimed at facilitating teachers’ implementation of the program. The professional development proposal should include actions to support teachers before and during the program implementation; . Provide opportunities for students to communicate in multiple modes and make connections across discipline and cultures; .
