Request for Proposals – Security Services

(“OHFA”) is seeking proposals from qualified Private Investigation and Security Guard firm to provide security guard services in accordance with requirements as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). OHFA intends to select a security services company to provide services at OFHA’s offices headquartered at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus Ohio 43231 from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027. OHFA is state government agency and a body corporate and politic performing essential governmental functions of the state. 1.2 Schedule of Events OHFA has established the following schedule for selection of the security services provider: Event Date RFP issuance date April 10, 2024 Written questions from applicants April 17, 2024, 5:00pm (EST) Reponses to applicant questions April 19, 2024, 5:00pm (EST) Proposals due April 30, 2024, 5:00pm (EST) Possible Interviews May 8, 2024 Confirmed selection by OHFA Board May 15, 2024 Start date of Services July 1, 2024 The above schedule is
