The Indian Health Service Crow Service Unit (CSU) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to NEMONT TELEPHONE CO-OPERATIVE for Wired Telecommunication and High-Speed Internet (data circuit) Services for the Crow Service Unit; Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, and Lodge Grass Clinic, Lodge Grass, Montana.  The NAICS Category is 517311 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. This procurement is conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. NEMONT TELEPHONE CO-OPERATIVE is the only telephone service and data circuit provider in the geographical area of Crow Agency, MT and Lodge Grass, MT. The contract shall comprise of a 12 month period with the proposed period of performance dates of 12/01/2020 - 11/30/2021 for local and long distance wired telecommunication and high speed internet (data circuit) services.
