Scope of Work Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and operations necessary to complete the removal and replacement of portions of the existing driveways in order to meet current ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements. All driveways will be replaced to the same dimensions as before, any alterations that deviate from the specifications must be approved by the City Inspector first. It is the contractor’s responsibility to notify homeowners at least (3) three days before demolition work is to be started on the driveway. If the resident is unable to be contacted, a note should be left on the door, showing that attempts were made to contact them. No work shall start until at least 72 hours after notification has been given.
