The Rosedale Elementary School Crossing - Safe Routes to School Project will retrofit an existing roadway section to install a new high visibility mid-block crossing of SE Century Blvd to enhance pedestrian safety and extend

the eligible walking boundary for students attending Rosedale Elementary School. A portion of the work will be performed by City personnel as outlined on the plans to install signs, apply pavement markings, and install RRFB assembly components on contractor installed footings. This project is Grant Funded by ODOT. There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. ☒ There will be no pre-bid conference Sealed bids will be received by City Contact: Paul Dedyo – Project Manager. Electronic bid submission is required. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure: A Bidder may submit First-Tier Subcontractor disclosure with their bid or may submit it to the City Contact by email. If submitting by email, Bidder is responsible for assuring the email is received timely by the City.
