Petrifying Springs Park Playground #4 Project Construction & Installation
Sealed bids will be received by the Kenosha County Purchasing Division until
February 16, 2022 at 3:00 PM, CT, Kenosha County Center, Division of Parks, 19600-75
th Street, Suite 122-1, Bristol, WI 53104 for the construction of the Petrifying Springs Park Playground #4 Project.
Late bids will not be considered.
A vendor conference pre-bid meeting will be held 10:00 AM on 2/02/2022 at Petrifying Springs Golf Course Clubhouse, 4909-7
th St. Kenosha, WI 53144. A bid addendum will be issued if the meeting is changed or cancelled. 
The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids

and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous.  Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities.
