Justice Systems Consulting Services General information Department:Information Services and Technology Category:Professional Services Project description: The County of Marin (County) is seeking a consultant or team of consultants with analytical, business process, and vendor selection experience to conduct a full assessment of Information Services and Technology Department Justice Case Management Systems (CMS) to document the needs and requirements of participating departments. Depending on the outcome, there may be a second phase of work to draft sections of a procurement packet for replacement systems and facilitate selection of replacement systems. Responders should propose on both phases of work separately, with the knowledge that the second phase of work is an option. The Justice CMS contains functionality and features for each of the County’s Justice Departments including, but not limited to, justice system business practices and legal regulations.
