ITB package and all necessary information may be obtained at the website http://brazoriacountytx.gov/departments/purchasing/bid-opportunities, at the above office or by contacting the Purchasing Department - 979-864-1825 or 281-756-1825. ITB’s are due on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Late responses will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Camp Mohawk County Park Chapel located at 110 CR 193 Alvin, TX 77511. Attendance is not mandatory in order to submit an offer. Interested parties are encouraged to download all of the bid documents prior to attending the meeting. Opening will be available via Zoom.
