THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT.The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West, Brook Army Medical Center (BAMC), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education., 401 N. Michigan Ave STE 2000, Chicago IL, 60611, under the authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source is reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.The purpose of this FY24 requirement is to contract for ACGME accreditation services in support of BAMC department of medical education, JBSA, Fort Sam Houston. Award will be on or about 31 DEC 2023. This service requirement is commercial in nature and will be a firm-fixed price contract.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, Educational Support Services, the period of performance will be from 1 January through 31 December 2024.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, BIDS, OR PROPOSALS.
