A. Project Title: Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC)  - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity.B. This acquisition is set aside for total small business firms.C. Government anticipates award to a target of six (6) general construction contractors. The NAICS Code is 236220; size standard is $39.5M.D. Contract performance period is scheduled for a Base Year plus six (6) one-year Option periodsE. The guaranteed minimum amount of the life of the contract is $500 payable following attendance at a mandatory post-award conference.F. The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under all MACC contracts awarded shall not exceed $70M for base and all exercised option years.G. The seed project magnitude is between $500,000 - $1,000,000.H. Pre-Proposal Conference: The first (1st) teleconference is scheduled 7 April 2020 at 10:00 AM EDT.
