 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCEThe United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, in accordance with 41 USC 1901 using simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) at 13.501(a)(1)(i) with Agilent Technologies Inc, 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610, as the only responsible source who can provide the required preventive maintenance on the Agilent 600MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) with Cryo Probe, the Agilent Triple Quad GC-MS 7000D, the Agilent Triple Quad GC-MS 7000, and three Agilent Single Quad GC-MS 7890A Instrument System with their PeripheriesThis acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items.
