The Village of Oak Lawn (the “Village”) is accepting proposals to remove and replace the existing roofing system of the four outlet control buildings at the Harker Pump Station facility.  Beginning Monday, September 20, 2021, copies of the Project document are available for download on our Village website under the Village Clerk Bid and RFP (www.oaklawn-il.gov/government/village-clerk/bid-and-rfp) or may be picked up at the Village Clerk’s Office of the Oak Lawn Municipal Center, 9446 Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois, 60453, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  In summary the proposal is to dispose of the existing roof system down to the concrete deck. Perform concrete repairs

as needed.  Provide a new SBS modified roof membrane roof system.  The work will performed on 4 buildings at the Harker Pump Station grounds located at 10350 Lockwood Avenue Oak Lawn, IL 60453.  If there are any questions, please reach out to Jeff Sebek (Water Division Head) at 708-499-7717.  Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Oak Lawn Municipal Center Village Clerk’s Office at 9446 Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois, 60453, until 5:00 p.m., Monday, September 27, 2021. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, accept all or part of a proposal, and to waive minor irregularities and nonconformities in any proposal when it is in the best interest of the Village.
