Dental has been with MetLife since 10/1/2021. Prior carrier was Lincoln since 10/1/2018. There have been no plan changes to the plans that we are aware of. Vision has been administered by Guardian (Avesis) since 10/1/2019. The current dental plans are PPO plans. Benefit Summaries and Certs are included as attachments to RFP. Dental and Vision are fully insured. We will not release current rates, as we want you to prepare your best offer without comparison.
