The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as
a detailed list of work included in the contract.
1. Exterior and interior renovations to the Administration building consisting of window
and siding replacement, reconfiguration of interior layout to add a control room,
replacement of interior finishes and replacement of existing toilet room features.
2. Replacement of EPDM roof system and removal of existing skylights on Barracks #1
3. Replacement of existing ballasted EPDM roof system on Gym foyer with fully
adhered EPDM roof system.
4. Removal of existing skylights and replacement of existing shingles on Gym roof.
5. Replacement of roofing system on Pump houses 1 & 3.
