The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. MT on April 26, 2024, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Bear River State Park Asphalt Pavement Maintenance project, located in Uinta County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of work to improve the longevity of the pavement currently servicing Bear River State Park. The treatments proposed include full depth patching, Scrub sealing, and other modifications to improve drainage and operations. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, April 4, 2024 starting at the Bear River State Park Visitor's Center, 501 Bear River Drive, Evanston, Wyoming 82930. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on April 12, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on April 19, 2024. Questions received after 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on April 12, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the bidder's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00 , which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. on April 26, 2024.
