Addendum No.1 issued June 29, 2023. The District of West Vancouver (the District) is considering implementing an electronic plan review system to handle building permit applications and related internal review and approval. The District invites submissions of Expression of Interest (EOI) from established and experienced firms to provide an enterprise-level electronic plan review system. This Expression of Interest (EOI) is being issued electronically on the BC Bid website (bcbid.gov.bc.ca) where any interested party may download the EOI document directly from this website under 'Documents'. It is the responsibility of the Respondent to check this website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date. BC Bid ®is the only authorized website for District of West Vancouver bidding opportunities.
