Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market survey, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will

be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. CECOM SAMD’s goal is to satisfy customer country requirements for radio equipment and services to support the General Command of the Military Forces for Colombia.REQUIRED CAPABILITIESThe purpose of this market research/sources sought is to identify interested sources that can provide and deliver radio equipment to Colombia and meet the following characteristics/requirements:a.        New equipment shall be able to be integrated with existing equipment in Red Integrada de Comunicaciones (RIC) stations, including all versions of the iSecCom communication integrator systems and Release 7.1 Rev 5.2 (and newer) of voice communications systems (VCS) of the Air Ground Network.  Integration includes ensuring compatibility with the protocols and interfaces necessary to locally and remotely decipher each radio in order to interpret, integrate, and control VHF AM and FM radio audio and transmission signals.  Equipment shall include required installation kits and materials.[PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT 001 FOR A COMPLETE LIST OF THE REQUIRED ITEMS AND SERVICES.]b.         The contractor must send representatives to Colombia to observe/monitor equipment arrival/acceptance, perform installation and checkout, testing, and system signoff at up to ten (10) locations within Colombia.Request responses include Rough Order Magnitude (ROM) price and availability (P&A) information.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSAny resulting contract is anticipated to have a security classification level of Unclassified.
