2022 Naval Air Station Pensacola Homecoming Airshow Port-A-Jons

The purpose of this solicitation is to fulfill the need of PORT-A-JONS for the November 2022 Naval Air Station Pensacola’s Homecomming Air Show. Air Show will be held November 10-12, 2022. This service is needed to provide adequate restroom access for 180,000 spectators, participants, and staff to include regular and handicap accessible PORT-A-JONS,  hand cleaning stations, adequate resupplies (soap, toilet paper, and water) and onsite servicing personnel over the 2 day event. The potential vendor will deliver Port-A-Jons to Naval Air Station Pensacola, Forest Sherman Field, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 between 8:00am and 10:00am. The potential vendor will then pick-up and remove Port-A-Jons on Sunday, November 13, 2022 between 8:00am and 2:00pm.
