Computer Servers Project Description :This Request for Proposal is intended to acquire hardware to expand an existing cluster that is used for a joint cybersecurity project in partnership with CANARIE that provides a threat detection and investigation platform for education-related institutions. The equipment will serve to increase the capacity of the cluster in order to accommodate the expansion of the cybersecurity project. The equipment is designed to increase the computational and storage capability of the existing cluster by 50% to accommodate for new users being onboarded, research into new threat detection methods, and deployment of new features. The aim is to install the equipment by early next year.
