Summit County Physical Plant Department is soliciting bids for construction of a Shower Renovation project at the Summit County Jail Facility located at 205 E Crosier St., Akron, Ohio. This project will consist of new coatings, lighting and doors according to the bid documents. All materials, labor and equipment required for a complete installation is included in the project. The engineer's estimated cost of this project is $1,300,000.00 A sample Project Labor Agreemtent is attached. The job specific PLA will be made available once finalized. The contractor will be required to sign the PLA with their contract. Questions must be submitted by selecting the Question/Answer section at the top right side of the web page.
