Required insurance will include Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability, Comprehensive General Liability and Automobile Liability in amounts not less than $500,000 for any one person, $500,000 for any one accident, and $300,000 for property damage, and Excess Liability Umbrella Insurance in the amount of not less than $2,000,000, and any agreement under an award to a proposer shall include proposer indemnifying and holding Hancock County harmless concerning proposer’s activities, in a form agreeable to Hancock County.
