IF YOU CURRENTLY HOLDS TIPS CONTRACT 200208 BUS AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION PARTS AND SERVICE ("200208"), YOU MUST RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION TO PREVENT LAPSE OF CONTRACT UNLESS YOU HOLD ANOTHER CURRENT TIPS CONTRACT THAT COVERS ALL OF YOUR VEHICLE PARTS AND SERVICE OFFERINGS. THIS AWARDED CONTRACT WILL REPLACE YOUR EXPIRING TIPS CONTRACT 200208. IF YOU HOLD ANOTHER TIPS CONTRACT OTHER THAN 200208 WHICH COVERS ALL OF YOUR VEHICLE PARTS AND SERVICE OFFERINGS AND YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH IT, THERE IS NO NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS SOLICITATION UNLESS YOU PREFER TO HOLD BOTH CONTRACTS.
