SATELLITE TELEVISION SERVICES
Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to solicitation no. 18-242-SOL-00049. The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements, scope of work, and applicable attachments.
Offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. If we do not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the ISBEE set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows: First Tier: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns, Second Tier: all other Small Business Concerns. Offers received from enterprises that are not one of these small business concerns

will not be considered.
The Government anticipates in awarding a SINGLE award fixed-priced requirements type contract for one base year with 4 one year options years for renewal.

To be eligible for contract award, vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov, per FAR 52.204-7.
All payments by the Government under any associated task order shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232-33.
Proposals will be accepted to the close of business at 12:00 pm MST on July 4, 2018.
Late proposals will not be accepted unless post marked prior to the time and date of the due date.
ONLY ONE AWARD WILL BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THE SOLICITATION.
